8. I would like to be accepted to play on this server because it looks like a very well made and run server. I have seen/played many servers that have seemed to be good but were not run well by owners and such. After spending about two hours with my friend on your website we realized we struck gold with this server. We wanted to find a server that we could always count on to be up and friendly and we feel like we have finally found one. I do not grief or do any of that childish stuff. I do not spam and I will follow all the rules and guidelines.

It appears you have been banned once from what I can see. I am unable to find the ban location and server, but please be honest in your application! You have obviously not read the whitelist app rules.

Too be honest I have played on probably over a hundred servers. I think I know what you may be talking about and if that server is the one then it happened over a year ago. I have not been banned in the last year to my knowledge.

It appears I have been let out of my pokéball for once, I will be continuing to review your application as Hatchy is on vacation, I will be your proctor for today. So lets get the ball rolling...

It appears your actual application is in the wrong format, could you please go back and edit it adding the questions please?

Also, Hatchy was unable to find that ban location of yours, I have sourced it. Could you also explain it please?

I apologize for the wrong format. That was just a bad mistake on my part and I will look into revising my original application.

Now, in regards to the racist comment ban, I do remember what happened with that. I was on that server for literally 30 minutes with my friend PeterBryson91 and he can back up what I am about to tell you as well.

I logged in and was playing for a few minutes and I had a new skin I was using which was pretty much all black and the only different colors were white which were my eyes. There was a kid at the spawn and he called me a n****. I trust you know what I mean here as I do not wish to say it on the forums. Now, after reading his post, I wrote back in response something like - wow, thats real mature. You called me a n****. How old are you?-- Now I realize I said the word too. However, I was not directing the word to anyone.

That being said, the admin that was on at the time felt that not only should the kid who called me the name be banned but also me as I said the word too.

It was a big misunderstanding and I know that I could have handled it differently.

Will all this in consideration, I hope you can trust me when I say that I will NOT bring anything like this to this server. I have learned my lesson and it will not happen again.

I hope that what I have said is enough for you to accept me. I will begin to revise my application now.

One more note..

I did not lie and not tell you (I hope you believe me). This incident was very quick. Like I said I only played on the server for less than 30 min or so and I had completely forgotten about it until you were able to tell me.

If I had known, I hope you believe me when I say that I would have mentioned it in my app.

I apologize for not responding, I live in the UK and we have different time zones, when it is around 6pm for you, it is beddybyes for me. (12pm)

Thank you for being honest regarding your ban, it seems it was a misunderstanding and I thank you for being honest and I will hope (as you said) will not bring that kind of "attitude" into Herocraft.

Although you did "bump" or at (least your friend bumped your application), you also seemed to contact staff regarding this application. Although I would normally deny a member who does this, I can understand from your point of view that you just want to get into game. As you seem to be mature and are egging to get in to the game I see no further reason to keep you from this. So, on behalf of the Herocraft staff and the many proctors that reviewed you ;b Welcome to Herocraft! Please check your inbox!

@Angyles it is your decision to enter @Brutalacerate into this matter if you feel the need to, as it was originally your application to review, I just thought I would continue to review him as he had been waiting several days.

I passed it to you so it is your mess to deal with =P, but I am concerned the member might think he is above our rules, hence why he was bumping the application and messaging staff. He even logged into the IRC to start bothering people AFTER I posted to be patient.

If everything is fine, and you do not have issue with it, we can whitelist him. I just wanted to make it perfectly clear we have rules for a reason and he is not above them.

I accepted him even though he has "broken" or thinks he might be above the rules of the server, I will talk to him in-game about it when the opportunity arises. I am sure he meant no harm or an attempt at trying to be above the law,

Just wanted to finish this thread off my saying thank you very much for all of your time. I realize I could have handled it better but I just wanted you to know that I greatly appreciate your time and approval for me. I look forward to contributing to the server in many ways and I promise you I will not let you down.
