I'll post some Blackmill, while the artist doesn't mainly mix dubstep, it still falls in the category of electronica, more chillout type music. I think it was @Zaspar that told me to look into chillstep stuff more, and I have to say it's some good shit. It may not be the best compliment, but the music (especially Blackmill) puts me to sleep, and I enjoy it because of that. I can rarely sleep to music, but it seems like all of Blackmill's music just puts me in an awesome mood. I was on a plane to Florida listening to this soon on repeat and reading East of Eden, and I nearly read the entire fuckin' book I was so focused. over 450 pages I believe I read:
Bought one of Blackmill's albums on ITunes because I enjoyed it so much, which is rare, I'm one to use video2mp3 to test music out, but I think the artist deserved the money.

Recently have been into more chillstep than the normal heavy dubstep. I am getting sort of tired of the really heavy drops, and while some of them sound awesome, some just annoy me and are starting to get rather repetitive. If you have any suggestions for chillstep artists, or just more mellow dubstep/electronica, I would appreciate it. Exploring music, in any way, is one of my pastimes, so it really doesn't matter what you recommend.

Yeah, I was the one who suggested chillstep @GreekCrackShot. However, Helicopter Showdown posted their new album on their soundcloud page for free, and it is KILLER. Drops are somewhat different.

And I do share your love of exploring music... I got into electronica through french house when I was in what, 6th grade?

I've never listened to dubstep. My taste in music varies quite a bit. My fave genre would be metal like Shadows fall/Crowbar/The Empire Shall fall/Older Killswitch Engage. With that in mind could someone recommend some dubstep for me.
