Suggestion Shaman Rework Idea's

Hello friends:


These are my ideas for the new shaman rework. I could give my thoughts on current shaman, but since there’s a rework incoming I’ll simply give my thoughts. Please keep in mind that these are simply the base idea’s. Numbers, cooldowns and such are changeable.

  • Description - An elemental warrior who uses totems to support those around him.

  • Playstyle - Melee kite/team support.

  • Passive - Your Elemental Fury get’s different effects based on your current totem.

  • Skill 1.1 - Elemental Grasp
    • FlameStrike - Deals damage.

    • HealingWave - Heals target for a small amount

    • WindFury - Grants Knockback to your weapon for a short time

    • EarthernStrength - Slows target for small amount

  • Skill 1.2 - FlameStrike Totem
    • Pulses waves of fire from the totem, lighting foes around it on fire and dealing damage.

  • Skill 2.0 - HealingWave Totem
    • Heals friends around the totem

  • Skill 3.0 - Totem Recall
    • Recall your current totem. Reduces the cooldown of the recalled totem, and returns mana based on remaining time.

  • Skill 4.0 - WindFury Totem
    • All foes around the totem start to get sucked towards the center of the totem
    • OR - Foes around the totem get knocked up into the air.

  • Skill 5.0 - EarthernStrength Totem
    • All members around the totem gain a strength boost

  • Skill 6.0 (Ultimate) Totem Mastery
    • You may place as many totem as you wish.

  • Skill 6.1 (Ultimate) Totem Mastery
    • Your totems gain an additional effect and you may place two at a time.

Again, I wish to say that this is simply the base idea I came up with for the new class. Please tell me your thoughts!

After thinking about it, I wanted the ult to do a little more without being so broken. This is what entered my mind:

  • Skill 6.1 (Ultimate) Totem Mastery

    • Your totems gain an additional effect and you may place two at a time.
I've edited the initial post to reflect this.
