Bug Shaman Engulfing Totem bug

So I was fighting this shaman and he used engulfing totem and it made the particles that follow you thanks to that.
Well they didn't go away.
I've been out of combat, sitting at spawn for 5 minutes and they aren't gone.
This is getting annoying.

Should of just relogged, generally that fixes this problem.

It should just stop when the effect stops.
Apparently I need to think it through better.
