Bug Samurai Skills Not Working

Recently, the Samurai skill Murasame was readded. It does 90 direct dmg and Heals you for 25% of your hp. Right now, it doesn't Heal you at all.

Also, do /skills samurai 2
Masamune says it heals you for 22 hp every 1000 seconds over 7500 seconds- believe something's wrong there.
