Suggestion Runesmith re-work

RUNESMITH:
i believe that this class needs a rework, the top skills for runes require highly expensive items almost impossible to acquire in the game. This makes runes so expensive most people wont buy them.5 ender portal frames are required to make the top rune, it has unlimited uses but where will you get them?

You're supposed to be able to buy them from the Server. Not sure why there's no shop. @Admins if they have time to make one

There is an End Portal Frame shop in the Exchange booth to the right of the dragon

@Lostboi007 You can buy them from the server. Iiirc they cost 1k per.
Remember these NEVER RUN OUT, EVER, EVER.
(Are they still soulbound? They used to be iirc)
