RuneSmith is underplayed due to its high reagent costs and lack of easy profit.
Merchants are the richest profession on the server by far.
Take away RuneStone shops from Merchant. They no longer have the Runic knowledge to sell runestones.
Give it to RuneSmith, so that more people will value having a shop in the TradeDistrict, and that RuneSmiths can make more money, and we can cut out the middleman merchant who is making money for doing very little.
