In the wiki the skill flicker states "You appear to flicker in and out of sight, disappearing for half a second and reappearing for 1 second over the next 7.5 seconds. Although you can still be damaged by weapons and projectiles, and by AoE effects, other skills will not find you. Takes 1 second to warm up" . " Although you can still be damaged by weapons and projectiles, and by AoE effects, other skills will not find you" that is the part that im talking about. Non AOE skills arnt suppose to find you but they do. Take disiple for example force push and force pull those should not be able to find you from what i understand but they do. To me it seems that taht part of the skill doesnt work at all.

TL;DR: Its not blocking the target spells like it says it does.

it says right in the description that AOE skills will still hit you:

You appear to flicker in and out of sight, disappearing for half a second and reappearing for 1 second over the next 7.5 seconds. Although you can still be damaged by weapons and projectiles, and by AoE effects, other skills will not find you. Takes 1 second to warm up.

Hahaha, sorry. I read your post as saying "Now AOE skills arnt suppose to find you but they do"

Perhaps it''s not an issue with flicker not working right, but an issue of force push/pull working as an AOE and not a single target skill? I haven't seen them used enough to know myself, but if you have 2 players directly in front of you and you use forcepush, do both players get pushed or just one of them?

You are only unable to be targeted by single target skills if you are invisible.

yall really dont read before u type do you
I did. AOEs will always hit (If you are invisible or not). Targeted skills can't be used while you are invisible, but you do indeed "Flicker" so there is an amount of time where you can be.

It's not a bug, mostly an unclear skill description and a misunderstanding on your part.
