Suggestion RuneBlade "PlagueRune"

I feel that runeblade, however powerful it may be in one on one battles, needs a bit of an aid with it's team fights, so here's what I am thinking:
Name: PlagueRune
Desc: Applies a rune of plague that deals 100 over 10 seconds and spreads to nearby targets
Level: 35
Honestly, I am unsure as to what else to put here, but I'll find more things based on other info and creation sparks.

Seems more like a T2 lvl 61 skill to me.

Runeblade isn't supposed to be a team fighting class, it's a solo class.

Runeblade has 1 job in teamfights, to kill leather users. It has perfect spells for it. Flicker + Blink can cover 7 blocks while being invisible. Flicker blink to a squish and then hit them with toxic fire fire fire with runeword applied. Runeblade isn't bad in teamfights, just know how to play it.

Let necro have the DoT, leave Runeblade to the burst damage. No need for this. Runeblade is a solid class at the moment.
