Bug Rubber Band Armor Glitch in Survival

The other day I made a set of armor, and each piece gives me speed. I expected this to be very useful. but instead, every time I try to walk I get frozen in place. I wasted 4,000 coins on the armor. I would very much appreciate a refund, or even better, an update that allows you to use the armor the way it is intended (for mobility).
