Residence question

The wiki is outdated with regard to the residences, and I am unclear the answer from looking at the in-game /res help pages. Can I get verification about the frequency of the residence fee, and where the coins get pulled from (from a residence bank, or from the owner's bank?)

Hc.to/res should be updated with the general cost of the Residence(unless something was changed that I dont know about) and the taxes will always come out of the players bank.
