Suggestion "Rent Day"

Just an advertised day where rent on res and towns is collected. I am unaware if this already happens, if it does no one in game was able to inform me. But just like an alert or reminder with a countdown to "rent day" and everyone's rent will be due then. This would help out people with soul problems or who just want to be sure they have enough when the day come and they don't loose their land.

Rent for towns and Res are determined by their creation date; it is not the same for everyone.

Use /town tax and /res info (I think) for tax information.

As is, Res withdraws from your wallet so as long as you have money you are fine.

Residence rent is broken atm - we're working with the dev to get it re-added.
