Bug Renewal Heal

The heal from Disciple (Renewal) is buggy. He is healing 192 Hp not 250 Hp i hope you will fix it

the skill from disciple chakra is healing 84 hp not 110 hp

just tested this, healed 465 to 657 only 192.[DOUBLEPOST=1368893368,1368892991][/DOUBLEPOST]Chakra and Mend are also bugged, they both heal less than they are suppose to

This isnt a bug, when a healer heals themselves they heal less.
