If two townships expand so much their regions crash with each other, the younger township will have to move its region. However this is pretty unfair, here's an example: If a Hamlet of 10 actives from the first week and a Capital of 40 actives collide, the Capital with 30 more citizens has to move because the Hamlet was created before the current Capital.
Proposed change: Size and population will decide which region that has to move. It's kind of stupid if a Hamlet can stand in a Kingdom's way just because it's older etc.
Kingdom > Capital > City > Town > Hamlet > Pers. Regions > Wilderness houses
With the proposed change, the bigger and growing communities and towns will have the advantage over smaller towns just like it should be.
Another scenario: Two towns are really close to each other. The younger town is growing fast and got over 30 active members. The elder town doesn't recruit at all and can barely have the required activity level. The younger then upgrades to City and the elder upgrades to City some days later. The regions collide and the younger city has to move which causes a stop in their building and recruiting progress. They'll have to build an entire new City while their stuff gets stolen in the not-regioned original city.
Just a suggestion to make the Township system a lot more fair. This will also be healthy for aspiring Kingdoms which is a thing Herocraft really need.
