recently made a new account

I recently had to get a new account. would it be possible to get the donation rewards moved to my new account? my old account wont log in and when i tried to contact mojang support they said there is no account with the name bigvinny12. so would it be possible to transfer? my new account is bigvinny99.

i also keep on getting
java.net.connectexeption: connection timed out: no further information;
when
i try to connect to your server is there a way i could fix this?

We do account transfer packages for supporter tiers and the like.

I'm unsure why you'd be getting the java.net message, sounds like it could be your internet.
