So basically arena's are just going to be filled with Warriors and Casters with the occasional Rogue or Healer here and there

I honestly think healers will be required for anything above 3v3 - but it really depends on who's trying.

In all honesty burst damage on 1 target will be greater than 1 healer, unless cleric. Will be interesting to see.

Not necessarily... You need balanced teams to win (Ex: Ranger, DK, Wizard or Cleric, Samurai, Beguiler, etc).

A nice team setup:
DK tanking and DPS
Wizard burst
Cleric/Mystic Heal and support

I skirmish against Healer + X and they lose when we focus fire. Burst damage outweighs healing. You simply sit the dps and you win.
