If possible, add a random component to mob health. i.e. when a mob spawns make it randomly (like 5 percent of the time) have more health than usual (maybe from 1-50% extra)
The idea simply being to make pve a bit more interesting/unpredictable. Occasionally running into a mob that: drags itself up your blade and bites-yer-face off!
a bit more exp might be granted too for those mobs?
maybe increase the mobs damage output in a similar fashion?
