I would say Paint but the axe looks too cool for that.

LightningCape I actually have not used Paint extensively for a while now; though the few times I have briefly used it, it seems much better than it was oh-so-many years ago.

llamasx3 Heh, I will likely work on it some more, as I enjoy where it is headed, but I only spent about 1 hour on it so far, hence the doodle aspect.
