  3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): Yes I've been banned from one other server before. It was a server I used to go on daily and donated over $100 dollars to. The 2 bans I got from that server were quickly revoked because they were unjust.

  5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: DrMadFellow just randomly started playing it again after taking a break from it and I decided to join him, along with many others.

  8. Reason you should be accepted: I've played on this server before and know how this server is run. I love being in a group of people that enjoy MineCraft as much as I do. I also love meeting people on the internet, they seem to be the most interesting.

  10. Additional Info: I've heard that the server got reset and now seems like the perfect time to play now that everyone is on an even playing field.
