Question to PVP/attackign cities (for everyone that doesnt understand something)

Im rather new and dont really understand some of the rules... so I have some questions

1: you may kill everyone you want also as good in the wilderness or outside a town?

2: you may attack a town but dont burn it down or something? (destroying walls but not exterminate that there is only dust or replacign it wth sand)

3: you have to say if you make a town?

4: do I have to install a Mod or something for skills etc.?

5: may I attack a guild? (Good/Neutral/Evil depends of guild (im someone that wants to bring the peace mwahahahaha (on my way :p))

6: are there other items as in the original minecraft?

7: stealing is allowed in cities without the law no stealing right?

8: in war I may kill other people from a city right? ( in the city)

Oh and if its a Mod I could get problems... im really bad at installign mods, the only one I installed was fly mod...

1. You may kill anyone anywhere except in Zeal (spawn) or official towns' town halls.

2. You may attack a town but griefing, the breaking or placing of blocks that don't belong to you, is bannable.

3. You must fulfill specific requirements for the town then post in the town application section of this forum, following the correct format.

6. Huh? Do you mean are there special items in herocraft not are not found in the normal minecraft? If that is your question then no, there are no special items.

7. You may steal anything from chests anywhere excluding Zeal (spawn)

8. Yes

Half these questions are stupid, the other half can be easily found with a bit of searching. It seems as if you tried to think of as many questions as you can just cause.
