What exactly is the quakecon is like PAX where they show off games or is it a thing where a bunch of people get together and play games online together

I'll be there. Been planning on showing up and can't wait for a LANing vacation. The BYOC at QuakeCon is its own experience entirely different than any other LAN! If anyone is on the fence, you should go!
