Bug Pyromancer DarkBolt and DarkBlade

I'm not sure if this is meant to be or a bug, but when I use darkbolt on a creeper and it gets withered after the initial damage it does 1hp per hit. When I hit a mob with darkblade i don't seem to get any mana.

These aren't bugs.

Dark bolt does initial damage and the 1 damage is from MCs vanilla "wither" effect.
The reason you don't get mana from mobs with darkblade is the skill "Steals" mana. You would need to attack a player to gain mana with it.

But should we change the wither effect's damage?

You could, but that's not the point. The 1 damage is just an extra caused by "wither." The only damage (That matters) is the initial explosion.
