Only one I've ever taken screens of is my most recent one, which is a kind of tree hotel, I only managed to complete 2 floors, so it's not as good as it could have been. All the trees/leaves were grown in place from saplings (which got really irritating when I realised that tree leaves will grow through blocks, they ruined my water elevators a few times lol). It's still on the crafthub (crafthub.net, what I'm playing on until I get whitelisted) server if you want to see it.
