What is your relationship with your referral? (Friend, brother etc..)

I have known grimcen for close to 6 years we were
guildmates in Star wars galaxies and darkfall, and i also consider him a friend.
It says it takes up to 24 hours to be whitelisted? that's fine
but i also see you can pay to get it done right away,
I have no problem donating to a server that i enjoy but i can't
bring myself to donate to a server i haven't played on yet no
matter how good i've heard it is. So i guess the question is...
Is this question you just asked me that i feel is irrelevant going to cause me
to wait another 24 hours to get whitelisted ? I understand you have to right to
refuse anyone, but i also feel this question is a ploy to get me to donate to bypass waiting.
No offence not trying to be rude.. honestly.. but if you can clarify why that question is relevant or
why i have not be whitelisted. that would be great!
