I'm whitelisted and joined a channel, and then when I chat, it says i need to join the channel. WTC?! And it costs coins to go in a portal! This is why i haven't been online for a while!

Is this still an issue? Hopefully it's been corrected.
The command is '/ch o' then you should be within the channel. If that doesn't fix it, then I must do this...

I have confirmed you are whitelisted. So you should not have any issues. Try using /ch join O and see if that helps.

As for the portals, they cost coin, we will not change that so you just need to learn to deal with it.
