Suggestion Primary/Secondary Classing

Not really. The samurai/cleric would be able to heal with pray, chant, bandage and has invuln and still does 140 hp with its sword. The dragoon/pyro would be doing 75 hp and cannot heal! Also Pretty much Samurai's usually kill Dragoons and Cleric usually kill Pyros. The pyo can kite but it the cleric part can heal faster.

Being a dragoon with pyro secondary gives you a lot more burst damage on a mobile class. You get kick to interrupt and silence, with some good magic damage to put the hurt on armored classes.
Pyro with dragoon secondary, means you have some more armor than you usually do, say chain + iron legs or something. You also have mobility to close in and smack people around with your axe and kick and chaos orb. I'd actually put my money on the pyro/goon over sammy/cleric, you can't keep hitting with your sword while you're trying to heal.

Pyros are actually pretty decent vs cleric, because they have kick and a lot of hard hitting attacks. If you remove the problem of closing in on a cleric, and you also get bash, you could keep the cleric from healing most of the time. Not to say that sammy/cleric wouldn't hit back hard, but you have more burst and magic damage as a pyro/goon, as well as the ability to disengage.

I think everyone willhave cleric as a secondary class. It is like the best support class with all the heals invuln, and might.

The way I would balance it, is you wouldn't get invuln or group invuln before lvl 40. You'd still get a lot of heals, might and smite, but you prolly wouldn't have the mana pool to keep it up. Basically, switch dispel and invuln in the level progression

Keep in mind that you can't attack while casting heals. So high damage dealing classes like ninja or samurai would have to not hit with their sword in order to heal.

I can see a wizard/cleric combo, beguiler/cleric, or necro/cleric combo working a lot better than a sammy/cleric combo. Wiz might be tough, because you'd basically have to stand still, with warmups on bolt/megabolt, and all the heals, but that replenish.

For wizard level progression, I would switch shock to level 35 for bolt, bolt for megabolt at 50, and megabolt for shock at level 60

I like the idea of being able to move around on classes more freely than we are able to now. It currently cost 500c to return to a previously leveled class which really makes it undesirable for players who are not good at economy. I had previously thought it would be interested to allow NO COIN changes within a preset selection of classes from each discipline. For example one could pre-select the following:

Pyromancer
Ninja
Mystic
Samurai

This would allow you to choose from these classes, outside of combat of course, freely. This could be on a cooldown or not, say 10-30 minutes so you couldn't run out of combat, change, then run back in. This would allow people who want to change often the opportunity to do so and provide more incentive to level other classes. Now, if one wanted to play Cleric, they would have to pay the 500c. Or it could even be increased b/c you have 4 free choices to choose from now. They would have to pay the fee because they have already chosen Mystic as their healer type. This kind of gives you what you are looking for in class change ability and you won't worry about balance issues b/c you can't just change to whatever you want in the middle of combat. Just a thought.
