Bug Personal region "Shelter" gone unprotected

Im not sure why but my personal region @-1153,-1628 became unprotected, probably because the whole house was deleted recently (several parts of the world got "reseted" some days ago). In this ocasion, I /pe about it and an admin bring my house back but I noticed that the central chest was gone. At time, the house still protected even without the chest, so I didnt care, but today I realized it changed. So as fast as I could I payed again 1.000s for protection and I /pe telling it all. The answer was that I should post it in hc.to/bugs so here I am, even I dont think it is really a bug. The house is now fine, but I would appreciate if please I could get my 1.000s back.
