Patch 3.63 - DNS Back up! Login without Spoutcraft!

Resolved DNS issues at the datacenter. Thansk to @BadHaddy and others for researching. You may now log in with or without Spoutcraft. I still urge users to do /register <password> if the DNS ever goes down again.

Tweaks:
Fixed /hero whois - to correctly give the player information.
Dragoon's Strike now takes 4/20 stam (down from 6/20)
Jump now requires 6 stam.

However, I logged into HC today using the normal MC client/browser, and when I did so, I wasn't greeted with the /login (Password) message, or anything with any relevance to that. Is this a bug or has the feature been removed for a short period of time?
