While we fix the SKILL break - some of this patch is temp reverted but will be brought back in.
Construct/Deconstruct may not be fully working as of yet...
LWC thing needs more testing after hearing reports of it.

We'll get this fixed up in 2.6.5

that does hardly any dmg and cancels out fire. I'm just trying to understand why there isn't a root effect or a slowing effect on it that would make it actually useful.

Speed modifications arnt currently possible due to speed being client sided

Alright than how about just a lot more dmg. Becuase right now im pretty sure all it does is less then 6 hp and take off fire, for (according to wiki) 1/3 of the mana? Something like that should be a nuke if its using up 1/3 of the mana.

Both should be active. if they aren't slap Kainzo for not updating quickly enough
