*Integrated Circuits & Permissions are now resolved.
T4 = MC1240 (1 Arrow trap)
T5 = MC1241 (5 Arrow trap)
*Updated Lottery plugin, it now is less buggy with reloads
*Made necessary adjustments to groups/permissions
*Still investigating some lag with BigBrother - we may be moving to LogBlock soon.
*Added a new death system - more emotes/messages are added
