Password Help

So apparently there used to be a town named Citadel. They have their own TS channel and chat channel in game both with password locks. I need to know what these passwords are because I am the mayor of the new citadel. The passwords would be helpful to communicate with other players in my town. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.

Nevermind about the TS channel. It is not there.

As far as I know do you not get a channel other than /tc when you make a town?
The "town channels" are really private donor channels named after a town, and used for town communication,
but yea, if you got a donor channel, do as johnsoon said

Town channels are supporter channels. If you are the proper tier supporter you can have your own supporter channel created for the town. Otherwise you can only use /tc as it was stated above.

We will not reset someone's supporter channel for you to have admin.
