We have 2 issues with your whitelist >.< ( Sorry Man!)
1. First of all, your applying as 12, which is under the age limit of 13 ( So you couldn't have been whitelisted before unless you bought instant access or someone gave it to you )
2. Your profile says you are 17, so are you 12 or 17?
