North of spawn large circular creation.

I found a large area north of spawn that ends the cooked step path and begins to be a cobble path. It is very large and marked by cooked stone border.

I'd like to work on it and was wondering who's permission I should obtain to do so. I'm a crafter and would like to build there.

You should put a sign up with your name on it and see what happens. If nobody touches it in a little over a week, it could be all yours

it used to be aussiedingbats, but i havent seen anyone there working on it in at least 2 weeks. If i were you i would plop a sign down and see what happens

Aussie hasnt been on for a couple of weeks. I guess you should contact the SSS, cos it was one of their projects really. The road part across the top is mine and i'd prefer if it was still there, but other than that, its not up to me.

Last i heard, it was supposed to be a huge crossroads (market area and central road/train system for the towns in the north). Aussiedingbat was working on it but I haven't heard from him, I think it's best to ask danda or trinity if you see either of them online.
