New TS3 Host & Forums, soon!

We're awaiting bmod to update to 1.6.5 server before we can push the updates we need.

Also - our TS3 host went up - we won't be paying them cash for their crap service so we'll self-host it again on our colocated machine (we have more than enough bandwidth to do so!)

New forums from Xenforo is coming soon - I'll handle the licensing and forum set up with Alente after vacation.
