I think it should be illegal to steal from the town you are in. i beleive it would save the mods some time as well. IMO it could either be a warning or a ban it would save the staff and townspeople a lot of greivance.

and they will not ban anyone from stealing from their town, tho the mods will tell the mayor who stole.

Yeah but this doesnt stop the theft and new players are not gauranteed to be on the blacklist and im sure there are others who havent been added it would be much easier having a rule and blacklist.

We're working on methods to protect townships - but in essence, dont mass invite people in hopes of rushing to victory or you may fall. We provide names of the thieves to the mayors.
