New Ninja/Rogue Idea - Vine Climb

Vines are ladders for Rogues or Ninjas.

I was thinking passive, but maybe it could be a duration.

Would be better suited for thieves (gone), and I dont think it works with Bards.

Thoughts?

most of movement is client side, this prob wouldnt be possible
