I'm just going to get down to the skill ideas. Levels they acquire could be placed at the user's preference.
THIEF
Leather wearer.
1. Stealth - Hero becomes as the shadow and is unseen with a movement penalty.
2. Steal - Hero steals one item from the enemy target (Hero or monster,) that's not equipped or in the hot bar.
Upon stealing, player loses stealth.
3. Backstab - Hero deals x damage, only usable from behind. x+y damage if stealthed.
4. Cloak of Shadows - Hero becomes harder to hit, and your nameplate also disappears. Consumes stamina at a steady rate.
5. Shadowstep - Hero teleports x amount of blocks forward.
6. Barrage of Knives - Hero slashes the same target 3 times within 1 second, dealing a bleed effect.
7. Disguise - Hero takes on the form of the targeted enemy (Hero or monster) for x amount of time.
8. Eye Gouge - Hero strikes the target, crippling their vision. (Essentially a temp blind.)
9. First Aid - Hero can bandage wounds at the cost of "paper." Must be out of combat.
10. Slice - Hero slices target, causing a bleed effect.
Then whatever else you think should be added/removed.
