5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: Doing a search for mods that we wanted to set up our own MMO style minecraft server and came across this. Too impractical to get that many mods from all different sources to make a reliable server in a MMO style

8. Reason you should be accepted: I am a friendly and community driven player that loves MC and the MMO worlds. Have always been more into the merchant/trading style which was very limited in vanilla MC. Millenaire helped a bit for us but was limited. Also love building pretty things, aqueducts, cathedrals, railways. Also was alarge crafter in other MMO's the sort of player to have 10 chars all with a crafter profession.

10. Additional Info: I have played all the games from Ultima Online - Everquest - WoW - Atlantica - Star Trek online - and recently gone through the free to play ones that are ten a penny these days. Most recently played on a UO second age shard but we keep getting drawn back to MC me and my few real life friends that are into MMO's. Have vast experience in online gaming and the communities and I have to admit this game does look very good and polished. Especially compared to the MP servers we've been setting up for me and my friends. Never a good enough reason to keep playing. No hard mobs and no reason to need to play MP which defies the point of a MP server surely. Hopefully I'll get accepted and a couple of friends will come along all having played the games above all similar age and imo would contribute well to your community

Dont mean to bug or appear inpatient. I've added the server mc.minecratonline.com in my server list and can see the details, just my Join server button is greyed out. Could that be due to not being whitelisted or as I've tried to do some reading if the server is available and I seem to get to some sites which says it's offline currently.

Due to host issues as pointed out by ShadowWarriorXA maybe I just havent been added to the white list yet.

You can join the server whitelisted or not, so I am not 100% positive what the issue is. Try connecting with the IP mc.hc.to

Thank you very much that seems to have done the trick, strange. Maybe redownloading the client also helped as I had god knows how many weird and wacky mods in place for our local server.
