Need some help with an error message

hey guys i need some help and couldnt find the support forum, so im posting here. i cant connect to the server, i tried both ip's, i get the error "Failed to Login: User not premium", what does that mean? i bought the game and everything...

It means you're playing offline because either minecraft.net is offline--or you are not connected to the internet!

oh i see, so if minecraft.net is down nobody can play?

if minecraft.net is down, nobody can connect to the game

however, people who are connected before the mc.net down, stay connected as long as the server don't break or as long as they don't close the game
