Apparently my brother got this account from a friend who took it from a free minecraft account cite. (explains the spamming, griefing, exc').

If he were to create a new account of his own, we'd be happy to accept him, however, he will still have to make an application and fill in everything required, etc. etc. then, we would love review his application once again.
