Mysterious lag.

I lag so hard on HC these days, not sure why I have a new mac, and it worked really good until yesterday, It got super-laggy, any ideas?

Most likely server side. If the problem persists though, you can always try the following...

• Use the optifine mod. Helps smooth out FPS and adds more performance optimizing functions (don't use spout since it is more taxing)
• Manually update/re-download Java.
• Allocate more RAM to minecraft.
• *Update you graphics card drivers.
• *Clean up your computer to improve performance. (OnyX works great on Macs).

*Most likely not a factor with a new computer but doesn't hurt to check out.

We're not lagging at the moment - but it could be network lag.. you never know.

I don't normally have any problems with connection to HeroCraft. On the other hand I sometimes get strange FPS drops where for a few seconds. I will be stuck on a single frame, and then it will go back to normal (Usually occurs in spawn). I don't have a problem like this on any other server.

Optifine seems to lag me up on my Mac, FPS wise. Is anyone else occuring that?
