Why does your birthday on another site say Feb 14, 1999 (Age: 14), when you say you are 13 in your application?

sorry about that i didn't really understand the key that much and the reason it said i was 14 on another site is that one of my family members wanted me for something and that they had to make an account on that site that said i was 14 so sorry for all the trouble and i fixed it up at the top so you can take a look at it and i'm sorry for the trouble
