2. Location & Age: Altus, OK. I'm 16 and yes I know my age is wrong. I didn't mean to just noticed it.
3. Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when): Yes, and No. I was banned on World 8-4 for a little bit because i was accused of spawning stuff in or something like that. But they did do a test on the blocks and all of it was legit. And I was un-banned.
4. Referral(s): Well I use to play this server before.
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: Use to play it.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yes
7. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes
8. Reason you should be accepted: There isn't a real reason why I should be accepted. But I'd like to join back again. It was a really fun server. I know how to do alot of stuff actually also lol. Me and my friend started a town last time. We were with Teddytazer and 0xThoth's town.
9. Special key (DON'T LEAVE BLANK!): HCA13 (I think I did it right... lol)
10. Additional Info: Like I said I used to play this server. I'm a Junior in High School. That's about it.

I am not finding any records of you being whitelisted in the past, however not much is showing up under your IGN to begin with.

The age on your profile needs to be corrected, so what is your proper birth date so I can request it to be changed?
