Alright we have discussed those bans, but I need to discuss your Block Empire ban....

Banned players in-game name: Da_Boliviano

Time of ban: 18:50PM

Reason for players ban: Ignoring staff numerous times. After kicks, t-bans, multiple staff members telling him to stop. Then went on to threaten to DDoS people, Dox people, and hack into players account. Just because he got raided. Also, he was disrespecting me.

Ban details: Ignoring staff, threatening to hack. Disrespecting staff and players

Violated Rules: Respect staff and players.

Screenshots/Vids: I did have one, but then forgot I had it copied and then copied the ban format :/. But, witnesses are Myself, Callum586, DrowningLobster, Iliketrains232, iMirre, Pujan909, Enterman8712, xhaguex, XxH4WKxX. Pretty much everyone on the server.

That is a bit...extensive....Did you threaten to hack and DDoS people?

Okay I am way confused....is Da_Boliviano the account you are going to be playing on? But that account is really your brother's?

The problem I have is you are applying with the IGN: Da_Boliviano. I have to review that name and it's history. I do not have proof if you are the true owner of that account, or your brother is. So if you are, the bans attached to that name are your responsibility...including the ban I posted. Some griefing can be over looked, but the threats of hacking and DDoS cannot be over looked.

Because he got me banned from blockempires. So we switched temporarily.

But it seems both of those accounts are banned from that server so....why switch?

Alright, then again I have to review that account and with the ban and those posts with the hacks and DDoS threats I am sorry but I am going to have to deny your application. I CANNOT over look that. Things like the griefing, and the Team AVO issue is something that could possibly be overlooked but I cannot overlook the hacking and DDoS threats.

Your account was banned for it, I do not have proof it was you or your brother. Good luck on another server.
