Bug Murasame(Sammy skill) Not Working Properly

Murasame says that it heals you 25% of your total health when you use it, but no health is given to you at all. It works in all other ways, just not the healing.

I'm like 90% balance removed the heal, but not from the description.

I can't edit skill descriptions, but yes the heal was removed.

The skill also still shows hearts when you use it, which could be misleading...
