Its all about forum rules, I dont even see a rule saying do not impersonate staff in it.

forum rules include all chat pertaining to Herocraft services.

I've updated the TOS since you had some confusion in regards to that. under hc.to/rules - it clearly states the impersonating issues, thanks to @WitchOnaRampage for pointing that out to me.
