You're most likely banned because your name appear on a list of hacked accounts. In this case three. When you explain what I asked you above we can continue.

Alright to the bans

and then i dont see how i am being accused of aimboting when that site is not even running and has not been for 2 1/2 years..

and my account is not "compromised " in any way i have never had to change my password and i have the recovery account so i do not see how..
i am not on the second "compromised" link

and i have never used the passwords said in thous pastbins

and yes i have paided for the account billerd2.

There are in fact 3 different bans there. Whether or not they're on the same server is irrelevant. You say you didn't grief in the first ban. What about the 3rd where it again is a ban for griefing.

Your account name is indeed on all three. Even the 2nd one.

Whether you've changed your account password in the past is irrelevant. The reason your name is on those lists is because other people have your password which is the part that concerns me. How can I be sure you're the true owner of an account that's been labeled public.

I am able to change the skin on the account wich means i am the owner and the 2nd and 3rd time was to get the remaning items from my home in the first time

That's not entirely true. Anyone with your password can log onto minecraft.net and change your skin.

That's up to you. Keep in mind that you'd need to create another application for the account and this account would remain banned and blacklisted.
