Ok so Ninjas lack the ability that is ment for them to have; a movement skill.
I were thinking about something like:

Leap
jumps 3 blocks up the air and 5-8 blocks foreward?
Maby a passive safefall?
low cd, 25% mana usage.

Sprint
allows you to constantly sprint for a medium duration(1 min)
high cd, 40% mana usage.

Backflip
lets you jump 5 blocks backwards
low cd, 20% mana usage.

Hit n run/escape(needs a better name(ideas?))
You flee for your life, blocking out 80% of all dmg while dealing 0 dmg. You're also unable to sprint(prevents abusing)
Very low cd(Toggable?), 10% mana usage.
This would work like a hit n run tactic, which Ninjas are very well known for.
Adding more after I can pick up some ideas.

And an escape skill since ninjas are swifty :)
Adding latrer

out of all of those backflip seems the best, but that seems like something for a ranged hero. Leap is too much like jump and sprint might be cheap.

People always making suggestions for classes with the most players and a good set of abilities and never suggestions for the unpopular ones. Whyyyyyy

If I was creative, I'd be making suggestions left and right for the bloodmages. People are too narrow minded and focus on what is interesting at the time and not what could be made more interesting. It kind of kills me inside when I do /hero who for all the classes and I see 12 ninjas, 12 rangers, 10 samurais and like 1 of everything else. (Still never see bloodmages though)

Edit: As for the topic I'd say that its a cool thing to give movement abilities, but ask yourself, do ninjas really need more than they already have?

Leap is a cool idea, but like the idea with giving Dragoon's a knockback - it doesn't make sense for the class to have a skill that removes them from the action when they should be more oriented around closing the gap. I'm thinking of putting in a skill that makes a hero break out of any movement impairing effects and be immune to them for a little while.

I like the idea of giving ninja's a buff against fall damage. Because of their low health, even small drops bring down their health quite a bit, and safefall would just give your cover away, defeating the purpose of being stealthy

To be honest that would be a good dragoon skill as they are best at wrecking ranged base classes but they all have root etc now which fucks us xD

fall damage has been percentified, it does the same amount of damage relative to your total health as any other class.
