Suggestion Move Cooldown Location

On a normal players screen, the cooldowns location is above the armor bar. And to the immediate left is the chat. This may be a minor thing, but sometimes the chat will overlap the cooldowns, resulting in not being able to see the cooldown. For example, http://postimg.org/image/xl58gq7tv/317fe6e4/ . Perhaps there could be an option to have cooldowns stack downwards in the scoreboard? Now, this may seem like a problem that I only have because of my fairly "small" monitor (1366x768) But it is used by
26.04% players, which, yes, may seem small, but it is still an issue for players of this resolution. (Source: http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey ). An option for moving it would be nice. Thanks.
