So, in Herocraft we are limited to the four main classes (Warrior, Rogue, Caster, and Healer). We also have the four branches for each one. When you have mastered a specialty for your main class you can either reset and chose another or continue and be stuck at that point. Yes, I know that we are going to have a level expansion but that isn't enough (in my opinion). I think that it would be cool to have a specialty of the specialties so that players can have a goal and keep leveling. This will also have a better range of fighting. For example if you are a paladin you can master it and become a (knight, dark knight, etc.). Remember these are only suggestions. You do not have to follow them or do as I say. But take them into consideration.

Great idea, I think there would be more basic class and specs to them, them could put geomancer, and other good classes

I agree. Hopefully in time we will have five specs for each main class.
While I think this is also a good idea, I think he means more along the lines of each spec having further specs...

Like Warrior can choose from 4 specs, then Paladin has several specs it can choose from, or something along those lines. Basically continue the branching pattern instead of adding new branches to the existing classes.

It sounds like it would be a good idea, I just worry about the complications, such as keeping previous class skills and making the advanced specs even more powerful than current classes while still having pvp between them possible (Wizard's next class upgrade versus an unspec'd warrior?).

It would bring about a whole lot of balancing work, but I suppose that's always the case, even when just reworking classes.

I love the idea - but it would bring a new world of bitching.

I still want to do legendary classes, damn it.
Kainzo, u can ads those lengendary classes, but just toggle it to non specs and lv30 or below specs won't be able to pick a fight to lengendary classes, so u can balance lesser in HC.

I wouldn't mind a dual-class system. For example you could master paladin and samurai and become a third class "Crusader" or Dragoon and Samurai and become a "Cataphract." If I remember correctly, this is along the lines of what Legendary Classes will be. The only problem I could see with this is, introducing 24 more classes would be LOTS of work :p
